Pennsylvania State Legislators might take 2% of slot revenue from the PA Horse Race Development Fund and put the money toward some obviously less worthy cause.

As Rep. Dan Moul says "What about all the farmers that grow hay and oats and grain? What about the grain mills? What about the veterinarians? This is not just a couple horses running around."

The welfare for breeders program impacts these people too! We've got to find a way to make sure they don't take our money. Better spend some more money on lobbyists.
